Have You Ever....
I found this a few days back and decided to share with u guys. ....damn, this guy must have been really heartbroken, Its a great read though, i know we call all relate. sigh. :-( ...This makes me think of Brandy's song "Have you ever" Listen to it if you get a chance, thats an amazing song as well. xoxo

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love."

"Faith is a funny thing...It turns up when you don't expect it. It's like one day, you realize that the fairy tale maybe slightly different than what you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. It's not so important that its happily ever after, just that its happy right now! Once in a while, Once in a blue moon, People will realize. And once in a while, People may even take your breath away". - Grey's Anatomy.

YESSS^^ Just came across this quote and truly loved it. Life is valuable you know, and we do come across hard times... but its temporary.. this is truly a valuable lesson people need to learn from and understand.. We are all destined for more.. :) I'm destined for more.
Currently listening to: Kate Havenik: Nowhere warm.

__KARMA__
This is one of my favorite quotes from "Grey's Anatomy".
....
"Okay so, sometimes even the best of us make rash decisions. Bad decisions. Decisions we pretty much know we're going to regret the moment, the minute, especially the morning after. I mean, maybe not regret, regret because at least, you know, we put ourselves out there. But still. Something inside us decides to do a crazy thing. A thing we know will probably turn around and bite us in the ass. Yet, we do it anyway. What I'm saying is... we reap what we sow. What comes around, goes around. It's karma, and anyway you slice it... Karma sucks".
"One way or another out karma will leave us to face ourselves. We can look our karma in the eye or we can wait for it to sneak up on us from behind. One way or another, our karma will always find us. No matter how hard we try, we can't escape our karma. It follows us home. I guess we can't really complain about our karma. It's not unfair. It's not unexpected. It just...evens the score. And even when we're about to do something we know will tempt karma to bite us in the ass...well, it goes without saying, We do it anyway".

The Interview With God
This is a very inspiring poem ~
There is only one God, look to him for guidance
In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, the most merciful.
The Interview With GOD
I dreamed I had an interview with God.
“So you would like to interview me?” God asked.
“If you have the time” I said.
God smiled. “My time is eternity.”
“What questions do you have in mind for me?”
“What surprises you most about humankind?”
God answered...
“That they get bored with childhood,
they rush to grow up, and then
long to be children again.”
“That they lose their health to make money...
and then lose their money to restore their health.”
“That by thinking anxiously about the future,
they forget the present,
such that they live in neither
the present nor the future.”
"That they live as if they will never die,
and die as though they had never lived.”
God’s hand took mine
and we were silent for a while.
And then I asked...
“As a parent, what are some of life’s lessons
you want your children to learn?”
“To learn they cannot make anyone
love them. All they can do
is let themselves be loved.”
“To learn that it is not good
to compare themselves to others.”
“To learn to forgive
by practicing forgiveness.”
“To learn that it only takes a few seconds
to open profound wounds in those they love,
and it can take many years to heal them.”
“To learn that a rich person
is not one who has the most,
but is one who needs the least.”
“To learn that there are people
who love them dearly,
but simply have not yet learned
how to express or show their feelings.”
“To learn that two people can
look at the same thing
and see it differently.”
“To learn that it is not enough that they
forgive one another, but they must also forgive themselves.”
"Thank you for your time," I said humbly.
"Is there anything else
you would like your children to know?"
God smiled and said,
“Just know that I am here... always.”

"As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back".
